Paul V. Ferreira
Co-founder and President
Paul’s career spans over 35 years in the incentive marketing industry. As co-founder and managing partner of HMI, his guidance and vision has helped position HMI as a leader in providing performance incentive strategies, fulfillment, creative services, customer service and technology solutions to companies with local and global reach.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Lincoln has over 15 years of incentive marketing experience with HMI. In 2000, Lincoln received his MBA from the University of San Diego, School of Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Venture Management. After graduation, he worked as a strategy consultant for Agency.com structuring effective interactive business practices for Fortune 500 companies. Lincoln manages HMI’s sales channels and partnerships and helps develop incentive solutions for clients.
Vice President, Group Travel Operations
With over 25 years of incentive travel experience, Monica spearheads HMI's Group Travel Operations. Her comprehensive background in the travel industry has helped her develop personal relationships with numerous travel suppliers and hoteliers throughout the world. This first-hand expertise proves invaluable when it comes to providing HMI's clients with the best, most cost-effective group travel experience available.
Vice President, Operations
Javier’s background includes over 20 years of international business and executive management experience in the high-tech and multi-media industries. As VP of Operations, Mr. Betancourt’s primary objective is to ensure customer service levels are maintained while also managing the quality control of the incentive programs. He oversees the internal and external Operations, the Information Technology and the Marketing Communications teams. Mr. Betancourt brings significant experience from Progress Software, Framework Technologies Corp, OpenMarket Inc., Fidelity Investments, WGBH Broadcasting, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Lotus Development/IBM, The Post Group, FOX TV Production, and Propaganda Films. He attended Cal State University Northridge, and holds various professional certifications. He also studied international business at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Kenneth J. Ferreira
Chief Financial Officer
Ken has held senior financial positions with major consumer product and utility companies. As the Chief Financial Officer at HMI, he is responsible for the financial analysis of all incentive programs including the budgeting and planning of all internal operations.
