Paul V. Ferreira
Co-founder and President
Paul’s career spans over 35 years in the incentive marketing industry. As co-founder and managing partner of HMI, his guidance and vision has helped position HMI as a leader in providing performance incentive strategies, fulfillment, creative services, customer service and technology solutions to companies with local and global reach.

Lincoln Smith
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Lincoln has over 15 years of incentive marketing experience with HMI. In 2000, Lincoln received his MBA from the University of San Diego, School of Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Venture Management. After graduation, he worked as a strategy consultant for Agency.com structuring effective interactive business practices for Fortune 500 companies. Lincoln manages HMI’s sales channels and partnerships and helps develop incentive solutions for clients.

Monica Preman
Vice President, Group Travel Operations
With over 25 years of incentive travel experience, Monica spearheads HMI's Group Travel Operations. Her comprehensive background in the travel industry has helped her develop personal relationships with numerous travel suppliers and hoteliers throughout the world. This first-hand expertise proves invaluable when it comes to providing HMI's clients with the best, most cost-effective group travel experience available. 

Tri Nguyen
Vice President, Information Technology and Business Solutions
Tri has over 15 years of business and IT experience from some of the top consumer goods companies, Gillette, Procter & Gamble, and Hasbro.  As the VP of IT & Business Solutions, Tri is responsible for the technology vision and strategic direction of HMI’s business groups focused on application development, technology mining, business analytics, and new go to market products & services.  Tri received his MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, with a focus on High-Tech.   He also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, Six Sigma, and Project Management certification.

Connie Colclough
Vice President, Individual Award Operations
In her role as VP of Individual Award Operations, Connie Colclough oversees HMI’s Program Management Team, as well as Customer and Fulfillment Services. Connie has been with HMI since 1992, playing an integral role in developing and coordinating high performing teams that are responsible for quality assurance and total client satisfaction. Her past experience also includes Collette Vacations, a global leader in the world travel industry, where Connie served as Group Channel Manager and was primarily responsible for designing lead generation campaigns and implementing customer development strategies.

Kenneth J. Ferreira
Chief Financial Officer
Ken has held senior financial positions with major consumer product and utility companies. As the Chief Financial Officer at HMI, he is responsible for the financial analysis of all incentive programs including the budgeting and planning of all internal operations.
