NORWOOD, MA. July 15, 2019 – HMI Performance Incentives has recently promoted Lincoln Smith to the position of Chief Strategy Officer. Lincoln originally started at HMI Performance Incentives in 1996 within a business development role and has been promoted from his latest role as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Lincoln’s new responsibilities include understanding challenges and identifying opportunities to grow segments of HMI’s business, leading the business development strategy, and the building and maintaining of relationships with clients and strategic partners at the highest level.
