NORWOOD, MA. 8/25/20 , 2020 – HMI Performance Incentives is very excited to be awarded by the 2020 Hermes Creative Awards for excellence in marketing and communications. HMI won PLATINUM awards in two separate categories, “Digital Marketing Campaign” and for an eBook. HMI won GOLD awards in two separate categories, “Integrated Marketing Campaign” and “Blog Article”. HMI also won an HONORABLE MENTION in one category, “Corporate Social Responsibility Campaign”.
For the “Digital Marketing Campaign” category, HMI submitted a Sell and Spin campaign for its client, UniCarriers Americas. The goal was to increase sales of UniCarriers products through their dealer channel. Their sales earned them plays in HMI’s Spin to Win game, where participants could Spin the Wheel to earn credits. In addition to individual spins, dealership teams also had the opportunity to compete for additional prizes.
For the “eBook” category, HMI submitted an eBook titled, “The Communications Lifecycle of an Incentive Program”. It summarizes how to attract, retain, and grow an incentive program audience through the different stages of engagement. These stages result in strong relationships with customers through incentive programs and keep them coming back year after year.
For the “Integrated Marketing Campaign” category, HMI submitted an extensive array of materials and components orchestrated for its client, Dakota Supply Group. The DSG Plus Launch Campaign was recently launched to maximize their employees’ productivity and increase engagement with their customers in the Electrical, Plumbing, & HVAC segments.
For the “Blog Article” category, HMI submitted an article titled, “The Challenges of Customer Retention” by Devin Ferreira. Customer retention is an ongoing process that should never be left to the customers themselves. Devin does a great job guiding readers how to retain the most valuable resources.
Lastly, for the “Corporate Social Responsibility Campaign” category, HMI submitted a Spread Kindness initiative, which was a charitable push to help bring a little light into the lives of its audience. With the help of the campaign’s participants, HMI was able to donate to amazing causes and organizations like St. Jude’s, St. Baldrick’s, Rocky Mountain Lab Shelter, and Central Texas Foodbank.
